In my experience, how a service provider responds to a problem best demonstrates its commitment to its customers. In that regard, Afendoulis earned an A+. Several years ago I dropped off 14 shirts to be laundered. Unbeknownst to the Afendoulis technician, a green garment from a prior load was wedged at the top of the machine from the spin cycle. I received a call from Afendoulis that my shirts had been ruined with an immediate commitment to make it right.
 
There was no dickering about a budget, the quality or initial cost of my shirts, or how old my shirts were. Becky simply said go purchase 14 shirts as you judge appropriate to replace your shirts and we'll reimburse you - no questions asked. Well I did just that and have never had a problem since. But I know that in the extraordinary circumstance there is an issue, Afendoulis will take care of me.
